We understand that event organizers don’t have time to learn complex new technology, or spend 20 minutes explaining how to use a product to an audience.
We are also aware that Conferences i/o is often times just one of many moving parts involved in an event, which means providing a high level of customer service & support is crucial. We’re glad to know that we’ve been doing a good job of this so far — 76% of surveyed customers responded that we “Exceeded” or “Far Exceeded” their customer service & support expectations — but we are always looking for ways to improve.
Here’s a look at our new in-app support functionality which allows admins and moderators to access tutorials, submit support requests, and even engage in a live chat with a support agent — right from the application.
